R&b Tea - Garden Grove

Great boba and kind customer service. this is just what i needed after a long day. though this location is a little ways from my house, i will be back for more delicious drinks! i also appreciate that they use non-dairy milk in their milk teas, as i am vegan : Kid-friendliness: slushies and other kid friendly drinksDietary restrictions: non-dairy milk :

I'm really disappointed with the attitude of the people that work here, especially a blonde hair guy and a lady who wears red glasses. I need a washroom key and I called them at the front, but I saw that they still played their phone at the back. Then, I raised my voice to call them again and that girl finally came to the front to ask me what do I need. Moreover, after she gave me the key and she hurried to go back to the back to play the phone with that guy. But the point is I still want to order some drinks, and then I had to call her again. It's really really bad customer service ever. Like, they go to work or they change the location to play their phone instead. I'm a fan of R&B Garden Grove location but right now, I kinda don't want to go there because of the conduct of the staff. I hope they will change their customer service as soon as possible.

R&B Tea is located in a small plaza with limited parking. I love their aesthetics inside as well. Honestly, their drinks the Jasmine Milk Tea with boba and Matcha Stormy with boba were good, but one of the employees was very rude and the service was horrible. If I wanted to try their drinks again, I would rather just go to a different location next time since they have many locations.
