The Smoking Ribs Bbq - Garden Grove

There was a chief friend. He told me this was the best smoked food he ever had. I didn't tell him the best place in Phoenix AZ is. He was right. I don't think I can eat at AZ Square after that. Small place with a waiting period that is worth it! Oh, and go early when they sell things. We had babybacks and brisket. Yes I want my baby back baby back baby back baby but never at Chilies only at THE SMOKING RIBs!!! The bride was definitely not leaner, but in my book it was exactly as it should be. One side a touch of fat and one side a touch of lean! The ribs were boiled directly and sticky. And had two kinds of sauce on the table. The regular was perfect the hot was HOT so a little goes a long way. Even a visit from the owner to ask how it was. A nice note. And that brings me to the baked beans. Or I should say the smoked beans. Not excessively seasoned as most domestic beans made. I was filled and couldn't stop eating the beans. I don't want Roy to get the dog's recipe anymore because I found the best beans in the world and I'll bet on it! And I forgot to take photos because I was in the way it looked and could not wait to eat.

The best bbq ever. From food to customer service everything is excellent. We celebrated 4 birthdays here and will continue this in the future. I brought my 20-month son here because he was only a few months old and the staff here treats my son like a king. We just love it here. Thanks again and we'll see you soon. Btw, the guy who left a 1 star rating is a total idiot.

Big bbq food... Mac n cheese really good. Blueberry Cornbread Dito.... Dudettes and Dudes just check it out...it's not cheap, but it's really good... Man, just one thing isn't a big place, so you might have to wait... It's worth it, so baby back and brisket and it's all good. I'll buy more, then we can eat so we can take it home. Yes, baby... left overs.... join it. Just try... I still smoke food at home, but I still drive here. .

Everything on point. Spicy bbq sauce is amazing. Worth the drive even if you don’t live nearby
