Sweet and quirky café. The service was great and the food was good. You have a varied menu especially for breakfast and it was not too full potato pancakes are always a victory. The atmosphere is decorative, they had many pigs for the new year. It was funny to look at all the characters carefully placed in the restaurant. Server was first letter and number aka A1. Try it out

Always a great place to eat and one of my favorite breakfast places. I had the Mediterranean skill and my husband kept it easier with eggs and (delicious) hash browns. We've been eating at the waterfront for years, and many employees are here as long as I remember. Always good, friendly and fast service. It is a great place for every meal.

A great old school diver with great food and even better customer service. The decor is dated, but it adds to the charm. It is easily missed while you drive to Brookhurst, but it is worth a stop. Breakfast is fantastic and the burgers are huge and delicious. I love this place.

The food was delicious! The four of us ordered something different and we all enjoyed our meals. This was the first time I had tried dinner there and it was the first time that the other three were there for each meal. I had breakfast and lunch with other people. We'll be back more often!

The Waterfront is the kind of place where everyone knows your face, if not your name. Where you ask for the usual . The waitress will apologize for asking how you like your eggs. She should remember. Lots of older folks, all saying hello to each other and to the strangers too. I started going there with my father, who couldn 't drive. Everyone was welcoming and couldn 't say enough nice things about my dad and me for bringing him. As for the food, it is pretty good. I love the grilled sandwiches. Eggs and bacon and pancakes are good, the waffles too. Waterfront Cafe is highly recommended in my book.
