The donuts here are fantastic, especially the gluten-free ones which have an excellent texture. They're far superior to those from Dunkin' Donuts.

I had the worst experience buying a cake ever! I strongly advise against ordering a custom cake from this place. They completely ruined my niece's birthday cake. It was meant to be a leopard face, but when we arrived to pick it up before the party, the eyes, nose, and icing were all melted down the front of the cake. The staff member said it would take him 20 minutes to fix it. We left and returned, only to find that he wasn't even there! He had taken the cake and left. When he finally showed up 45 minutes later, we were already late for our own party! Unfortunately, the cake was still in awful shape when he returned. This time, the ears and whipped cream on top were falling off. Since I had already paid a $40 deposit, was running late, and desperately needed a cake, I reluctantly agreed to take it. To my surprise, the guy then tried to charge me the full price for a ruined cake and didn't seem to care that his mistakes made us late! I refused to pay the full $80 for the damaged cake, and he offered to take off just $20. It's clear that this business is struggling financially. In the end, I paid $60 for an ugly cake, terrible customer service, and missed out on precious time at my niece's party.

Everyone adores Monita's! They offer a delightful mix of innovative flavors and beloved classics, including pastries and breakfast items, all crafted with care. They’re always a big hit when you bring them to the office, so it's wise to order two dozen since they disappear quickly! My personal favorite is the banana pudding donuts!

I absolutely loved my iced latte! The woman at the front was incredibly helpful with her recommendations as well. The banana pudding donut was simply delicious, and the strawberry shortcake was my favorite!
