Wendy's - Gardendale

There aren't many fast food restaurants that actually pay attention to detail and get my order correct but there hasn't been a time that they got my order wrong in the many times I have visited over the years. I typically order through the drive thru but this particular visit was eating inside and I must say that the employees were friendly and the restaurant was very clean which was a very pleasant surprise. Great food, great price, great staff and clean restaurant. A+ Wendy's!

Dinner and a show! Food was fast and good, employees were polite, until they got into a fight with each other in the back. Manager had to escort them to parking lot where fight escalated. We ended up calling 911. Overall, chicken nuggets were good, though the manager did have to shut the restaurant down early because of his loss of employees.

This Wendy's falls short of being great. The consistency is lacking, and while the food is usually decent, it is rare for this location to be good. I dine here occasionally, but the interior feels unclean with a lingering old odor. The restrooms are passable but could use more attention. The staff is not particularly fast or friendly, but not overly slow or rude either. Overall, this restaurant feels outdated and desperately needs a makeover. The staff should be given something to be proud of, turning it into a more appealing and vibrant establishment. I may return in the future, but it won't be a top priority.

My first visit to this restaurant was two days ago, but it definitely won't be the last. We had a great experience with the outstanding service, delicious food and drinks, and fair prices. We will definitely be returning in the future.
