Starbucks - Gardner

The baristas at this location really need to get retrained on how to make the drinks. I ordered a matcha lavender latte and they gave me a large cup of cold oatmilk. Come tf on.

Love the crew and the manager. Wouldn't change a thing.

Normally I am super patient when it comes to the store because I like the girls but wow the attitude!!! my coffee took 12 minutes to make and I got MAJOR attitude from one of the girls this morning. GET IT TOGETHER. Watch your attitude. What a disappointment! Work with some urgency! Not my fault you're short staffed!

Okay, I never make reviews but guys, expect at least a 25-30 minute wait for coffee (doesn’t matter how busy it is). As someone who worked at a Starbucks before, there is LITERALLY no excuse for this. It’s extra frustrating when you go inside and just see them all chit chatting. This has happened since this place opened. Are we joking? Then you hand me a cold coffee and you have an attitude? If you’re going to beg for better benefits and pay, please at least act like you’d deserve it. The Athol Starbucks is way better, if you’re willing to make the drive.

Just a really nice, spacious, well-staffed location. Friendly baristas and staff! Very clean. Great atmosphere. Orders prepared timely and accurately. Recommended!
