Wendy's - Gardner

Frosties look yummy. Saw a mixed chocolate vanilla.

I used to enjoy eating at Wendy's, but I don't think I'll be back after this experience.

Management sucks, the crew members that try put in their best effort.

Wendys is hands down the worst fast food establishment in Gardner. I put in a mobile order for counter pickup because I was in a hurry and when I arrived the dining room was closed and the drive through had 17 cars piled up. I had no choice but to abandon the food I paid for due to time. After 30 minutes on hold on the phone trying to get a refund I had to give up. What a joke! Management should be ashamed!

How hard is it too put sauce for my nuggets in the bag?!? You ask what sauce i want and then dont put it in a bag.Seriously. Third time this month.
