Westshore - Garland City

Great food, great prices, plenty of parking, friendly staff!

Wonderful food. Nice friendly folks. Fast service. Fun place. Beautiful place right on the river.

Major cheers to Westshore tonight. They close at 9 and they sat us at 8:30 with no hurry to get us or anyone else out. For only being open 3 days they were amazing. Kristen was our server and you couldnt beat her customer service. This gal was running her little legs off. Also you have to try the Ralph's Razorback poppers and Becky's Red River Boppers.

Not very happy with customer service. Went last night with my husband and son. yes it was a Friday and of the 3 times we have dined here 2 have been on this day. When we went in I asked for seating for 3. About 10 to 15 mins later a group can in that needed seating for 4. The lady at the front carried on a conversation with the guy for about five minutes. A short time later she walks personally from behind the counter and goes into the bar area to get them a table. No they didnt ask for the bar area. She then comes back and says I got you guys a table. I proceed to ask her if they had called ahead or something. She stated no. I asked her why they had been seated before us. She stated because of the table size. So intent and looked at the table and it was a small round table. I have pictures. we then waited another 30 mins and were finally seated. When I saw the table we had it was bigger than the one she sat the other group at. I just didnt understand. I have pics of our table and the table the other group sat at. The lady was not very friendly at all. We have eaten here 3 different times and this was by far the worst experience. I don't care to ever go back which is sad bc they actually have good food. Please do something about the cashier/front counter person. I understand we looked underdressed due to my husband just getting off the truck, but we were treated like we weren't worthy of being there.

I have been going to Westshore for ten years and have always loved it. Their steaks are great, the people are friendly, and they have the best onion rings I have ever had.
