1 Pound Burger - Garland

The name is exact... The burgers are big and decadent. And there are a lot of options for customizing your order. The biggest drawback is the lack of drinking possibilities... They are basically limited to sodadoses and a small selection of larger bottles

Really good burgers and pommes. Owners are also very friendly. A little expensive for a meal, but my wife slightly divided so the total cost for two was not so bad. In any case, would go again.

We love it for the first time we came here. Today we came to get the same great food and service, but instead we got no service and never our full order after we waited a long time for our food. The two working people had no idea what they were doing. The lady was very hard to understand and she didn't stop what we said. The whole experience was terrible. Not to mention it is hot in the dining area. I hope they will fix it soon or they won't hold it.

I write this in the hope that the owner will see it. That was my second visit to your location. The first was pretty bad, so we decided to visit again. The woman you worked today should not work the register or work alone in your business. She was very hard to understand and when I asked her how great the Patty was, whether 1/3 or 1/4 pounds, she showed me a size with her hand and said it is not very big. Second, she told me it was ready about 10-15 minutes before dinner. Make that 23 minutes after I paid. This is a very long time for a Hamburger Shop! The food was good, but I don't think it's worth the effort. Make sure you always work at least two people there!

The guys that work there are very customer friendly, so I'm guessing that's the biggest reason for all the five star reviews. The place is small but clean. The burgers are expensive and not worth $12.50 for burger, fries and drink. The one thing that will have me go back is it's the only place around I know of that'll put a fried egg on your burger. And the fried egg is perfectly cooked. 3 star burger, 5 star customer service. If they upgrade the burger patty quality I'll definitely rate it a 5.
