Feedback gevenI have no idea where some of the good reviews or coming from. I just bought two entrees and everything was very nasty. Besides the fact that the food had no flavor, both meats were very weird and nothing like what I expected. I’m so mad right now. I want my money back so bad. On top of all this they couldn’t even fulfill the curbside services. I sat outside forever and they didn’t answer their phones so I had to go inside.
Super clean restaurant and the dining room is very large. Very friendly staff and portions are generous. Lots of choices on the menu with reasonable prices.
Shaniya is a valuable asset to your team. She is always friendly and has a smile on her face, providing the best customer service without a doubt.
I've been a fan of the food here for years. It consistently tastes better than at any other Boston Market I've been to. The way the food is presented and its freshness always look clean and appealing. Food: 5/5
The manager refused to honor the $3.70 voucher, claiming that they had been instructed by the company not to accept it. However, when we went to the location in Plano, they happily accepted the voucher. The coupon clearly stated that it covered two of each item, meaning we could purchase two chickens, two sides, and two cakes. Unfortunately, the Centerville location would not accept it. I am extremely disappointed.
