Buffalo Wild Wings - Garland

I had a great experience last night. I was in a local hotel for the night because of work and was coveted wings. Bww was right on the street, so I ordered myself. I didn't check the order when I picked up, and unfortunately the order was wrong, but it happens sometimes and things happen. I called when I came back and the great person on the phone was fast and so polite and helpful to fix my problem. I made my night so great from home.

A man named Josiah, who wasn't my waiter or even the server in our area, came to us and checked if we still had service. He works on the bar side, we were on the dining room side, what we did in the end, moved into his area. Thank you. Josiah for being you, thank you for providing exemplary service and goes beyond and beyond when it seemed that nobody else was interested in doing this.

Wings were dry, cooked and honestly not chewable. Manager said it was probably the oil old and gave us a small discount. Very disappointed by the food quality, wings have also become very small. Our server Cheli, was super nice and friendly.

Great place to watch UFC. The bartender was very attentive. Fun and friendly servers. Food: 5/5

Ordered delivery by Uber eats.Onion ring and boneless wings were way overcooked, it was borderline burnt.I've had few other issues in the past when I ordered via Uber eats app, (such as missing items or wrong items).I will not be ordering from this location anymore.
