Cicis Pizza - Garland

Was a promotional coupon for a Monday or Tuesday special on pizza So we decided to go from the family fitness and 20:15 The manager wasn't happy that we arrived at this time and started his unpleasant and negative attitude... He arranged 2 commands and I mentioned that I had this promotional coupon where he was still annoyed. I paid with a debit card, whereupon he claimed that my debit card was denied what was impossible. His demeanor was very insulting and deceptive, where I told him that he was down as he had spoken to me and that I was a loyal customer. Stay away from this business, how ronald likes to go home to close time, is not interested in any customer service skills (he has to spend more time in this part of his school) and then will refuse to serve you and call the police.... What an experience if everything we wanted to do is a quiet beautiful and enjoy cicis pizza as we have at the different locations, except this one.

Restaurant was busy, tables were dirty. Manager was the only employee who spoke English. One of our parties ordered a special pizza and that was an ordeal on its own. I took a piece from a special order, 3 of them were left, and was rudely said to put it back, in as many words as they hardly spoke English, it was for someone else. Yeah, the pane was on my plate and she took it back.

We were just there about an hour ago although the food was good, our family came in a separate car to eat with us they had ordered three buffets and wings. One of them that didn?t get a buffet got a salad to go along with the wings. The manager today came to our table with a rude attitude stating you didn?t pay for that you payed for wings. She replied back no I didn?t but here you can charge me for it the manager then responded back with go pay for it up there ! Although the were wrong for getting something that wasn?t payed and they knew they were wrong but were willing to pay the attitude of the manager was uncalled for and in front of their kids and my daughter. They went to pay at the register and he put the bill on the counter to pay. The manager then said do not throw the bill on the counter our family member said I?m paying for our the salad the manger then said rudely we?ll if you don?t like it then leave ! our family members said give us back our money and we?ll leave because the way you came to our table with that kind of attitude instead of saying hey if your getting a salad please pay . I?ve always gone to this specific cicis even when it was over on northwest highway and Saturn plaza since I was 6 years old and never have I ever seen a manger act that way. I think this manager should be held accountable for his rudeness and making a scene in front of families that were there and the our kids as well.

Was very busy. Crew kept up great. Lobby was kept clean. The salad bar was great and pizzas were fresh. Very friendly and helpful crew. Great location. Plus size friendly and price to value ratio is good. Wheelchair accessible with handicap parking. Plenty of parking. Definitely kid friendly with game room and pizza duh ?

My service was great today. I actually make the drive here, rather than go to the one in Rowlett which is right around the corner from me. The pizza here is SO good!! The manager gave us very generous servings of salad (during covid they have to make it for you. The workers down the line gave us very generous servings of pasta as well. Anytime you wanted pizza someone was right there. Remember if there's something specific you want, just ask and they'll make it fresh for you!! I ordered half supreme half pepperoni jalapeno and OMG. The cheese just fell apart like beautiful magic! I felt like Selena when she was eating her pizza in the movie lol. Social distancing in the arcade but it is still open which I really appreciate as a parent. Will be back next week! Thank you guys for our dinner !!
