Crispy Chicken Rice - Garland

I have a strong fondness for chicken and rice, but this was easily the worst place I've ever visited! The aroma, the service, and both the food and drinks were incredibly disappointing. This restaurant should be closed down—my first impression was enough to realize there are no intentions of improving. Just shut it down! Food rating: 1/5.

This is by far the worst restaurant I’ve ever visited. I waited over 30 minutes for my order while the staff member chatted on the phone and ate. It was completely unprofessional in every way. To make matters worse, the food was cold, and the steamed rice was burnt. I will never return to this place, and I believe it should be shut down for good.

The best indulgent Chinese food! The rice is excellent, and the chicken and chicken rolls are fantastic. Honestly, everything is great—though I’d recommend limiting visits to twice a month. The service could use some improvement, but that doesn’t bother me; I’d definitely eat here again. Food: 5/5

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant! I've been a regular for over three years, but the short Hispanic guy with tattoos is incredibly rude. He made me go outside twice to "fix my parking," which meant I ended up parking far away by the shaved ice place. Then, when I came back inside, he informed me that they only serve steamed rice and not fried rice. He also told me that if I still wanted to order chicken, it would take 25 minutes. This is just absurd. My family and I will not be returning.
