This is an extremely unprofessional company. I will never ever use this company again! For my father’s 79th birthday I Placed an order of cookies since I live out of town. I didn’t find out till the end of that night on his birthday they were never delivered and the store canceled the order I called left a message trying to find out what happened. No one ever called me back so I called finally talk to someone they told me that they closed because of the weather and they canceled all the orders and if I wanted to order it again, I could get back online and replace the order but they couldn’t do that. So my dad goes without a birthday present from me. My order gets canceled and I have to get back online and replace the order. The store refused to. They said thats their policy. Also I refuse to do business with the $2 billion company that can’t have a phone number to call someone so unprofessional. If you don’t want, your parents are special ones to be disappointed, then don’t order from this company. I never got notification or nothing except we refunded your money you can order again.
