Feedback geven02-03-23. I'm going in to order. 3 girls workers standing there talking about the ice-shaker machine talking. I have to wait about 5 minutes before e comes to take my order. I was looking at all three. I give my order for (qty 2) number a combo. She asks: “You want small, medium or large.” I ask what is on the menu, because the menu does not specify what size is displayed, nor are there prices of different sizes. She tells me the difference is the size of the fries and drinks, but not the prices. I'll ask the prices again. She gives me the prizes. I'll place my order. She goes back to talk to the other two girls who talk and fill a kind of container in place of the shaker manufacturer. Lady comes behind me and thought you could order by placing blocks in the back of the cash register. Nothing happens and she asks me “is that broken”. I answered, “No, they help us talk. Lady was there a few minutes before someone came to take their order. I see a bag on the husks that serve the window. I assumed it was, but just waited for someone to pick it up and either gave it to me or someone else. It was there for at least 5 minutes. Then the girl who took my order will bring it to me. I told her it's cold now after I sit for so long. You agree to make me back. Owner shows himself (Asian Lady) and I tell her my experience. She says I'm sorry. I work with the Garland Police and tell her I'm Sooty all the time, but if things don't change sincerely. Then she tells me she works with teenagers. I told her “Your Owner” You need to instruct them to pay attention to the customer and to work or let them go if they don't want to work, but visit with others. She then said, "I hear you, I'm sorry." The time will say whether it is sincere about that it is sorry not to pay attention to customers who keep them in business.

At the first attempt of Oreo Blizzard and we love it, my daughter got the chicken basket and for me the Dreierburger with Mayo, Nadia greeted us as soon as we came to the entrance with a smile in her face! Place was clean, thank you for the great costume service we appreciate and will visit again soon!
Saw a rat scurrying around the front door. I was charged for the wrong order, eventually corrected. Food was not hot as usual, just warm. Within 10 minutes of eating I pulled over to vomit, it passed but I will never go to this location again.
