Feedback gevenUsed to go the one on Josey Lane for years till they closed. Found this location and have been enjoying the food and customer service for 5 years now. The place is always clean and the staff is very kind and direct. The soups and dishes are out of this world! Almost done in trying the whole menu, and will continue coming here with my family for years to come. Best dine in and takeout. They only do cash and it's worth it!
Alert! This will be my LAST time going to this place to buy roasted meat. I have never run into such problem before. I brought 2 lbs of roasted pork here in the morning approximately 11:30am went home right after and have the first bite it was sour and the meat texture was sticky/ slimy. The smell was awarful too, like the meat was old. I called the resturant and letting them know about the problem, the person on the phone said bring it we will exchange it then he hang up. I live 30 mins away! so I have to drive back to the resturant and the 2 people that was there giving me attitude and couldn 't even let me talk. So I told him I don 't want to exchange I just want my money back, and the other guy shows anger and started to point digust gusture . I paid them $25 and they only given me back $18 like what????? When I confront him about it he said idk. No alpologize no nothing. I wish they could have handle the situation better.
I was disappointed with my experience at the restaurant. The noodles in my seafood dish with crispy noodles were hard and stale, not crispy at all. When I brought this to the waitress's attention and asked her to take it back, she argued with me and refused my request. On another occasion, I ordered scallion beef, and the white onion had a sour, rotten taste.

I called the restaurant to report the issue, and the person on the phone was unhelpful; they told me to bring it back and then hung up on me. Since I live 30 minutes away, I had to return to the restaurant, where two staff members dismissed me without letting me explain. I told them I didn't want an exchange; I just wanted a refund. One of the guys was rude and started acting defensively. I paid $25 but was given only $18 back—what a joke! When I confronted him about it, he just shrugged it off. I really wish they had handled the situation better.
