Jack In The Box - Garland

I placed an order on January 2, 2023, for a Jumbo Jack with cheese and curly fries. Unfortunately, the burger arrived cold, and the cheese didn't melt at all, so it was also cold. While I can't definitively blame the food, I experienced stomach issues about an hour after eating. I think I'll skip this place next time.

About 30 minutes later, they got back to me and said another customer found my card in the parking lot. At this point, I was confused since I never even walked into the lobby. I returned to retrieve my card and asked for my receipt, but I was told the employee who handled it had left, and they couldn't provide it. When I asked for the branch number, the guy said I should call 7-11. It seemed like they had taken a picture of my card or something. I would really appreciate it if someone could contact me directly regarding this issue. Thank you.

The fries were cold, and I discovered a long, greasy piece of hair in my chicken. I also requested the Teriyaki sauce for my number 16 bowl multiple times, but it came with zero packets of Teriyaki sauce. Overall, very disappointing.

The food is always good but the inside atmosphere is very restricted. I really needed to use the restroom so I went to the bathroom that was open and looked accessible. Not even a minute later they bang on the door pretty aggressively. I come out as fast as I can and they tell me the bathroom is not for customer use. I told them I was unaware. They were very rude and was giving me rude looks like I wasn't going to buy anything. I bought a 25 and ate outside since the inside is still closed.Wheelchair accessibility: They have ramps to go inside but that's about it. Just do the drive in. The inside is very much a waste.
