Kfc - Garland

I just drove on the train and drove to my work before I ate it! the chicken was hot and good the shiny is always great and biscuit was so soft and warm!

Love the fresh food and service. great people work here, they will soon know. when you get in the door. I can't say that's the same place for others. this is the garland tx location.

This was my first time visiting. The service was reasonably quick while I was waiting in line. I ordered a combo that included fries, coleslaw, and mac and cheese, but unfortunately, there were no ketchup, napkins, or utensils in the bag. I’m not sure how they expect people to eat coleslaw and mac and cheese without a fork.

This restaurant has an outdated decor that feels a bit worn, and while they may claim to have a long-standing presence, it looks much like other places. The service wasn't too bad, as there were two trainees, but two experienced staff members were able to handle things efficiently. The food here is decent, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Tables weren't being cleaned properly, so we had to resort to using napkins to wipe them down ourselves, which was frustrating. If you're looking for the best experience, I would recommend the drive-thru. They do have Mountain Dew Sweet Lightning on tap, which is a nice perk!

First, the manager should have personally addressed the substitution with me, as it’s not the responsibility of the hourly staff. Second, his attitude needed to be significantly more positive, especially since he represents the establishment. It's important for him to receive retraining in customer service to ensure that his employees understand that such behavior is not acceptable when dealing with customers. Overall, it was not a great experience.
