By regular, we all know it's the pre-packaged dried noodles that you have to cook. The fresh noodle is different and has different texture. The fresh noodle is softer and can break easier. It doesn't require a lot of chewing. I wasn't used to the softness, but I could get used to it. The main ingredient of Pho is the broth and that did not disappoint. I also enjoyed their Bun Bo Hue quite a lot. It was spicy, for me, and cure my craving. They gave a good amount of briskets which is the main reason I like Bun Bo Hue. I definitely recommend a visit to try these two entrees.
Happened by here by chance and totally surprised how good the pho is! The broth was so subtle, and utilizing the fresh noodles made a huge difference. Had the tenderloin and brisket pho plus meatballs. Threw in some of the fresh basil and jalapeño also added to the perfection LOL. So good that I even added a Coke to my meal to create this perfect brunch!
I've been searching for a new pho place dense moving from Houston. Most around the area had little to no flavor or were inconsistent with their flavors not to mention VERY tough meat. This place won my heart. The broth has enough salt with a good sweetness. The Tenderloin is melt in your mouth good!! It is about $14 for a regular, but well worth it.
Love this place! They have one of the best pho in the whole DFW and they're super unique in that they have FRESH rice noodles!!!! The noodles sell out really quick, so if you want to get it, make sure you go earlier in the day instead of late at night. The pho broth is super flavorful and rich and they gave a lot of meat! Pricing is amazing and worth the cost.I didn't get any pictures of the pho cause it was so delicious that I ate it all and forgot to take pics ? but I also ordered a Grilled Pork rice dish and it was delicious too! There was plenty of meat and they even gave a bowl of soup. There Vietnamese coffee is AMAZING and made to order. It's has the perfect coffee strength with the perfect sweetness. It tasted very smooth and perked me right up after a full meal. $5 a cup is totally worth it.Highly, highly recommend coming!!!Parking: It gets packed on the weekend, so parking can sometimes take a while to find.
In all of my years, this was hands down the worst bowl of pho I've ever had. I had their chicken pho. It tasted like campells chicken noodle soup for the broth and the noodles were mushy and kept falling apart. I could also taste the soap from when they washed the bowl but didn't rinse it well enough. They did comp my bowl off the ticket for the trouble but I was super nauseous after. I'll never go back.
