I am laotian and by far this place has a great authentic eating. I had LAO sausage, rindsirky, sticky rice and Papaya salad. I highly recommend this place.

I make a point to try new Thai where ever I am in Garland or Plano. The Pad Kew mow was the best I have had. They under stand the concept of mixing sour, sweet, salt in the right proportions.

It is very difficult to find a place that serves very good Lao food or Southeast Asian food in general. this place is refreshingly good. we have the kapoon, raw bark meat laarb, pho, nam khao, lao sausage and sugar cane drink. the raw laarb was good with a good balance of seasoning and bitter. medium seasoning was more than enough for our group. the Papaya salad with crabs was a good balance with a very classic cocky taste. the whole other food was just as good with sticky rice. the sugar pipe juice was freshly pressed out of the pipe. one is safe, however. If you're looking for a very noble hip place to eat, it's not. but if you're looking for a hole in the wall where it won't disappoint, then it's that.
