Vaughn’s - Garland

I have been coming to this restaurant since I was a child for their delicious blueberry donuts. For a while, I thought they weren't anything special, but that was because I had tried donuts from other places. When I recently returned, I was reminded of why blueberry donuts are my favorite. Though they were out of blueberry donuts at the time, I decided to try a Bavarian cream-filled eclair instead. And now, I have a new favorite!

The woman who works there is pleasant and friendly. They also serve the softest donuts, especially the ones with the filling on a yellow tray in the back. They are a bit sugary due to the fresh glaze, but they pair perfectly with a hot coffee or milk. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place.
