Wendy's - Garland

We placed a mobile order 20 minutes before closing for two Baconators without buns, which we frequently order from the Richardson location. We chose this location since we had just finished at a nearby gym. The service was quick, but when we got home, we found that the bacon on both burgers was reduced to crumbs. Additionally, one of the burgers contained one regular beef patty and two smaller ones. This is highly unacceptable and not at all what we receive at other locations. We definitely will not be returning here.

Absolutely the worst location I've ever been to. I don’t have much else to add—our fries were overcooked to the point of being burnt, and when I ordered a meal, they only gave me a burger. I will never return to this location!

I came back again at 7 PM after work, only to find the door locked once more. There were no notifications either on Google Maps (which indicated they were open) or on the door itself. It’s incredibly frustrating when you've walked a long distance only to be met with a locked door. I would have been somewhat understanding if this happened just once and there had been a note explaining the closure; that way, I wouldn't have wasted my time coming back twice more. However, without any communication, I'm left uncertain about when—or if—I can come back, as I fear the door will just be locked again.

I stopped by and stood at the front waiting to order and many employees standing around but none came to take my order. One of the boys had really long hair with no hair net or hat on. You always have to have hair net or hat on. This was at 3:20pm

Negative 10000 star rating!!!!! cold and crappy food and rude. rude. rude. the manager sports gangsta eyelashes and a bad attitude! her fellow cell-phone gripping employees are no better. avoid this location at all costs! cane 's just opened, chick fil a is stellar...pretty sure a report to the health department would result in an epic fail!!!! this location has gone to hades in a hand-basket! calling wendy 's corporate on monday to report them as well!
