Wingstop - Garland

I ordered the Hot Honey wings today and they were terrible. Earlier this week I ordered some by my job and they were the best flavor I've ever had. Crispy and saucy...well today they were soggy and undercooked. This is the second time they've screwed up my order. The last time my wings were hard and overcooked. I couldn't even bite into them. Wingstop isn't cheap and I don't live close by so it's a waste of my money when the food isn't good.

My first time and my chicken was great the restaurant not clean at all. They need something to control the files as you enter and or wait for your food.

I've been going to this wingstop for years and they have always had a friendly staff and always get my order out correctly

Wings were overcooked this order was a replacement order because first time around they only gave me half my order.... This location definitely needs to pay attention to what they are doing...

They were amazing , I made the mistake of ordering for the next day and they were friendly and had a lot of patience in finding my order and making it ready for me the day of Great customer service !!!
