Jerica was absolutely amazing it was her first time alone. We were her 3rd customers ever and we couldn’t believe it. She acted like she had been doing this job for years. Knew the menu like the back of her hand and constantly checked in on us to make sure we were properly accommodated and taken care of. Chilis has a star in the making thank you so much for the great service Jerica!
I regularly go to Chilis and it is usually not that bad. Lately, it seems like things have started going down hill at this location. It has smelled a little musky/dirty inside when I have gone in to get my food. The last few orders have either been delayed or poorly made. The order I had tonight was made as of someone didn't even care. The rice was hard and old, the lettuce was brown, and the beans were dry. The whole order was as if they gave me whatever was left at the bottom of the pot. When I called to have it refunded, I was constantly placed on hold. I called back multiple times and was again placed on hold. I was told that the manager, Dreka, was on the other line and could not answer my call. This lasted for over 45 mins. The 4th time I called, I was suddenly told that the manager was helping cook in the back and could not come to the phone. It has been the poorest service I have received from any Chilis location.
After my last chilis experience at the Knightdale one which was horrendous, this location was great. Service, wait time, and food was great.
We ordered a to-go meal which included 2 full racks of ribs, asparagus and roasted street corn. To begin with, the ribs were severely overcooked to the point that there were parts that were inedible due to being so hard and the meat was completely dry. So much for fall off the bone ribs like they have at every location I’ve been to (I’ve traveled a lot). The asparagus was undercooked and had zero seasoning. Absolutely worst asparagus I’ve ever had. The roasted street corn, that is suppose to have grated Cojita cheese, had shredded Parmesan cheese instead. This location needs new a major audit!
