Jersey Mike's Subs - Garner

“Manager” Lorenzo was absolutely horrible! Tone was very nasty. My food was delivered and I called and told them part of my order was missing and needed replacement or even a refund. He yelled and went back and forth and hung up on me. I called back, another employee answered he told her to hang up. I called again for another employee to answer. She stated he said he did a refund. There’s no refund.

A very young staff but every one was working to keep line moving. Glad to see young people working. 15 and two 16 yr olds. 8 to 30 hrs glad to see them making money. Food was good also. Restaurants are restaurants if I wanted to not pick them I would just make stuff at home. Go check them out.

This place is terrible. My first and last time there. There are just a bunch of clowns not paying attention to what they are doing putting the wrong stuff on your sandwich and ringing up your orders wrong. I love Jersey Mike’s, but this location sucks!

Very nice place to visit when coming to garner very respectful people and fast service

Nasty, nasty, nasty. Went there as soon as they opened 10am lettuce was brown and wilted requested fresh lettuce and the staff asked me what was wrong with brown lettuce 'it 's still good '. Guy goes to the back to get more lettuce and that was brown! Floors had not been swept, counters had not been cleaned. And the worse part was the guy working the cash register who asked me what was up with my facial expressions and all the extra 'anthics '.. This store is poorly ran in consideration to the other Jersey Mike locations that I have been to! I wont be back!
