Krafty's Burgers And Brews - Garner

Enjoyed my two drinks and left. I would only ask that the people sitting at the bar are asked if they want to watch something else. Three guys watching gymnastics is not exactly entertaining.

Very nice service. Very nice people. Great hospitality made great. Recommendations was very busy but everybody was still happy. Service well no complaints whatsoever. Kudos to the team very nice ladies helped me!

I had the corn beef and cabbage egg rolls and the cheese steak egg rolls. I recommend BOTH!! They were delicious. My husband had the Kraftyburger. He said it was amazing ?

Molly the bartender was amazing and absolutely gorgeous she got all the orders perfect and even made food this place is amazing

Last night my friends and I went out to eat before the movies. We got to the restaurant and we ordered hotdogs, burgers, and fish/shrimp tacos. We got our drinks no problem. Then It took a very long time for our waitress to come over take our orders from there it went down hill. Our party got the hotdogs that were ordered and we're brought out later then they should have. After that my friends tacos came out in 3 different orders and all were incorrect. She finally got the correct tacos and we were still awaiting the burgers from the party. 2 of the 3 burgers came out awhile later after everyone else was done eating and after other parties have gotten there meal who came in after us. By then we had requested the bill so we would not be late for the movie even though we did not get the burger we ordered. They forgot my burger, never apologized for the error. We were told that they would take back the bill we paid and take it off the bill (which did not occur . Still waiting a awhile later when we decided to leave so we would not be late for the movie which already cut into our time of previews. We walked out and still didn't even have the burger ready. As we walk out an employee comes out to hand me a gift certificate for the amount of the burger (as if we would ever be returning back to this establishment... stating that she couldn't refund the card after all. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever received. I would rate a 0 stars if I could. Highly discourage people to eat here.
