Panera Bread - Garner

First, I waited in the drive thru for 7 mins BEFORE having my order taken. I would have left, but I was stuck and couldn’t get out. They didn’t even apologize for the wait! Terrible customer service. When I got my food, my bagel wasn’t toasted like I ordered and my caramel latte had no taste just tasted like steamed milk. Very disappointing.

Was very delighted to see the girl in the drive thru stomp her feet around (in front of the window) because she had customers 10 min before close. was a little rude with the “is that it” i feel you girl but

Picked up lunch for my daughter and I. I tried the chicken cordon blue sandwich and it was really good.

I normally don't post while I'm eating but I had to. Just drove from the beach. and was starving. Decided to stop here before my next appointment. I'm in the sip club, so I' stop here ocasionally. Had to get my charged lemonade. ?which is always good. Today was exceptional! I don't normally eat at this location, but like I said, I was starving. So what can I say? The squash soup is off the hook! So was the southwest chicken sandwich! The girl at the drive thru was super friendly as they usually are. So I am super duper thrilled with this place! I visit alot of different locations.

2021: Must be new management. I now go to this location regularly. Good service and food. Breakfast and lunch.2023: Getting even better, especially the customer service and quality of food.
