Garrison Donuts

We went here while visiting the area. The donuts were very good and the service was quick.

Store front clearly shows GARRISON DONuts shop opens at 5am-12pm and the Website also clearly shows the GARRISON DONuts SHOP BUSINESS opens at 5am closes at 12PM. The rudest employee answered the phone stating the store sign fell off.(I’m sitting in my vehicle at the entrance way). Yes I can see u AND STATED EVERYONE HERE KNOWS THE STORE IS OPEN AT 6am my response ok how was I supposed to know ur hours referred to a different time if I’m using two factual indications pointing to the business timeshe paused NO WORDS until I said u have a lot corrections needed n I will never stop here again. Suggestions: Update ur signage on ur online website n on ur store front door..think about ppl passing thru ur small town.. Customer Service Etiquette-Change ur attitude towards patrons bc revenue is made from satisfied customers..
