If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I recently spent a weekend in Garvagh and decided to order from this restaurant. Unfortunately, I received the wrong order, which can happen, but the response from the blonde lady behind the counter was completely unacceptable. She claimed she had read the order back to us, which she did not, and she didn’t offer a refund, a new meal, or even a simple apology. Instead, we were forced to walk out with someone else's order since she didn’t provide any alternatives. Her rudeness was shocking, and I cannot recommend dining here.
