This is my favorite place here drove over 2 hours and they were closed for the weekend.

Not gonna lie, I just loved the old school lunch counter vibe of this place. Stopped up here on my way to the beach for lunch. Owner and staff were just nice, fun people chatting it up with their customers. It's obvious they have a lot of regulars. I ordered an Italian beef and fries. The sandwich was very good, if not traditional. No giardiniera, but there was sport peppers, and cheese, too. It was also served with a side of a heavily-herbed jus, sort of more like a French dip with extra steps. I'm not complaining, though. Like I said, it was very good, just different. I would try a Chicago dog here, too, even though I'm not a hot dog person. I watched them make a couple and they looked good.

Stopped here on our way to Chicago, super friendly service, great dogs and sandwiches. Definitely would stop here again on our way through.

Love this place. Really an asset to the downtown Miller community. Bill, the owner, is a stand up guy and a friend. Really glad i got to know him my last 6 years in town.
