Panera Bread - Gary

I always have fresh meals at this restaurant and have never been disappointed. However, if I had to make a complaint, it would be about how they handle the soup and bread. They simply put the bread in a bag without wrapping it or using any other container. I don't like this practice, as it has been the same for the last four times I have visited. I really wish they would wrap the bread, as I believe it would be more sanitary than having it loose in the bag with other items.

They offer a wide variety of baked goods and pastries. In my opinion, their sourdough bread is top-notch and I always purchase two loaves - one for my wife and me, and one for a friend.

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I never received my water, and my sandwich was not made according to my order. I specifically requested balsamic, spinach, but received a sandwich with tomato, cheese, meat, and mayo instead. Despite my frequent visits before work, they consistently fail to get my order correct. It's frustrating to spend $20 on a sandwich and coffee that never meet my expectations.

I really enjoyed coming to this place. but today I am very disappointed. the inner was closed by short staff. thur was 10 cars long. So good I'll wait. just to get my chicken sandwich without a chicken. really don't deserve stars, but appreciate the young lady in the window.

I got a full grilled cheese sandwich and 2 full size Cesar salads. The grilled cheese had zero crunch or grill to it at all. It was like they just melted cheese, and not even a full melt, onto bread. And the salad was nothing special. It just had the shake parmesan and some croutons. I did get some flavored green tea and that was amazingly tasty and super refreshing! I went through the drive thru and they were nice. Nothing above and beyond, just simple service, so that part was ok. I spent almost $30 for something that was most definitely NOT worth it, at all at all! I probably won't return to this store unless it's for the flavored green tea.
