They close an hour early and only accept online orders for pickup after 9 PM. I found this out the hard way when I was locked out at 9:10.

I waited for 30 minutes without anyone answering my call. Frustrated, I decided to drive to the restaurant, only to find the staff having a good old time at work — they were joking around, sweating, and seeming more like they were at a playground than on the job. Honestly, it felt like none of them took their responsibilities seriously. There were too many young workers who seemed more focused on having fun than on doing their jobs.

This place really needs new management—someone who is committed to their job. They're often closed and will actually turn you away. When they are open, the Wingstop wings are delicious!

They blow ass. I will never order from them again. I tried my order wrongly to call no one, replied the phone drinks had no ice, it's just sad and then not even get what I ordered.

This place has the worst customer service ever! I have tried to give them a chance several times because it’s close to my house but nah…. I will just have to travel to a different spot cause the employees are horribly trained there. And if you guys aren’t open until midnight then maybe take down the “OPEN LATE “ midnight sign??? Rude people here.
