I recently enjoyed a takeout lunch at this restaurant and had a great experience. **Price per person:** $10–20 **Food:** ★★★★☆ (4/5) **Service:** ★★★★☆ (4/5) **Atmosphere:** ★★★★☆ (4/5) I highly recommend trying the cheeseburger—it was delicious! Overall, a solid choice for a satisfying meal.

As I was entering the restaurant, a woman asked if I was experiencing issues with the app. When I confirmed that I was, she mentioned she had the same problem and that the manager had given her the fries. Clearly, this was an issue with the app. When I approached the manager about it, she was extremely rude. She told me that the offer wasn’t printed on my receipt and that I wouldn’t be getting the fries, all while dismissively talking over me. I showed her my order on the app, which clearly indicated the promotion, but she didn’t care and walked away. I couldn’t help but feel that I was treated unfairly based on my race. The woman who had received the fries just minutes before me was Black, and the only difference in our experiences seemed to be our skin color. She was treated with kindness and professionalism, while I was met with rudeness and denied what was promised. If the roles had been reversed, I believe there would have been a significant outcry. I will not be returning to this location. I also called the corporate office to express my concerns, but they did not have the courtesy to return my call. It’s clear that this manager lacks proper training on how to treat all customers fairly—what a frustrating experience.

I've given this location multiple chances, but they consistently mess up my order! It's never ready on time, and I've just had enough. The staff really needs to get it together! Service: Takeout Meal Type: Breakfast Price per Person: $1–10

I was not only questioned about my simple order, but I also had to wait over 20 minutes for my food, which arrived cold.
