The only thing I'd say that threw me off a little was the strong garlicky flavor the broth had. Also the noodles were similar to the instant ramen noodles so the texture isn't the best. The service was quick and efficient. Not my favorite spot but I would recommend.
This is possibly my favorite (Ramen) restaurant in Monterrey! Comfort food at its best. The ambience is very casual and unpretentious. The service is efficient and good. The menu is limited but it doesn't matter. This place has the best Ramen in Monterrey!
Love this ramen house! This a must see for people looking to see what Monterrey has to offer! Their house ramen, Texas brisket ramen, and Naruto Special ramen are all delicious in their own unique way. I feel like this place takes classic ramen and put their small twist into their dishes that work out very well.
Ramen in Monterrey? No. Really? No way. Really? YES WAY!! Hidden in an endless field of cream cheese-slathering sushi joints, there exists a small place. A place where dreams of umami come to life. This place is Yamasan. I learned about this place after seeing it listed in the Residente magazine. You want pork belly? They've got pork belly. You want ramen, they have delicious ramen (duh). Ginger lemonade, udon, they have it going on. This place is casual and basically hidden. It is in Plaza Tanarah behind Mexico Lindo, next to panic bar. They have table service, outdoor seating (it is hard to see what is theirs and what is for the bar next door) and delicious food. いただきます itadakimasu!
Great surprise! The ramen broth has a rich flavorful bold taste. Perfect textured noodles and tender meat. Was a nice find in Monterrey. Priced well and cozy food bar.
