Hardee's - Gas City

It took some time, but they finally have a good staff in place. The employees work hard to ensure good service.

At 6 o'clock, the sign said it was open but there was no car or worker in sight until 6:40. If the restaurant is changing its hours, they should at least inform customers.

I visited the drive-thru this morning and received a burnt chicken biscuit. When I tried to call the number on the receipt, it was disconnected. It seems like customer service is not a priority today. I usually enjoy stopping at Hardee's while traveling, but I will make an effort to avoid this location in the future.

Delicious burgers I actually like them better than McDonald’s, the employees are cool and laid back.

The worst customer service ever. The manager was rude. The food was cold and old which should of been fresh for as long as we waited
