Dunkin' - Gastonia

After she left me waiting for 4 minutes and was angry about it, she tells me that if I don't like it, I can get out of the line. then she asked me for my order. I had to repeat myself three or four times and what is worse than I asked them for a speck, eggs and cheese on a whole bagel, she told me that they served nothing hot. this is not the way they treat customers! I was in Dunkin’ donuts all over the country. I have to tell them that this was the worst experience I ever had! management should do something about it! These workers give Dunkin’ donuts a bad name!

By go to location! Overall, I do think this is a great Dunkin’ Donuts! I have been to two others that are just horrendous. It will take 20+ minutes to just to place an order that will be wrong. However, this Dunkin’ Donuts seems to be really well! I’ve never had any issues, with the exception of wants having the wrong size, but that was just a miscommunication through the speaker, it happens! Friendly workers and can get through the line in a decent time!

It's the best one, because they always get my coffee right. I savor the flavor, the rich aroma, yumm,,,there really is some good people in there. Especially the afternoon crew

Terrible attitude. I didn't look at the reviews because it's dunkin. I didn't even come through my whole order before I just left, absolutely no standards.

THE worst Dunkin in the country!! Drive thru is horrendous!! Average wait time 10-15 minutes with 1 car in line! Whomever is managing this one needs to go back to management school. All the workers just standing around with glazed eyes. I travel all this country and I find a Dunkin near me. But I will NEVER go back to this particular one!!
