Ihop - Gastonia

IHOP is consistently excellent! I was disappointed when the Shelby location near me closed, but fortunately I can easily drive to Gastonia. I have never had any problems at this restaurant. The staff is always friendly and the food is always delicious. Despite a sign on the door stating they were short-staffed with only one cook and one server, the service was outstanding and the food was still amazing. The server maintained a positive attitude throughout the meal.

Even though the service was a bit slow at first, once we were seated the food was fantastic and the service was excellent. It wasn't our waitress' fault as there were only two working and they were doing a great job handling everything. It was already 12 am and I hoped things went smoothly for them during the 2 am rush.
