I really like their food and a few of their employees are really great. I just (just now) called to make a pick up order and was told “we don’t do that”. That’s a negative mark in my view.Food: 5/5

3 times I've purchased from Jade Express and every time they get the order wrong. Had called and spoke with manager and he confirmed the error was their fault. He stated that they are very busy only had 2 people working. But 3rd order was that was delivered was still missing the soy sauce which he promised me that would not forget this time. The previous order the only sent rice the left off the 2 meats, Lo Mein and steamed vegetables. Geez! Called back and he kept saying they were just too busy. He would give the owners info. for me to convey my dissatisfaction. Food is not even that good. It was just local to me. Don't waste your time for nor money with these folks.

I have come to this restaurant so many times it is so good!! I love the friendly people who work there and the delicious food especially the spicy bourbon and the sugar doughnuts!! Totally recommend always love coming here?Food: 5/5

I recently went to Jade Express and had a great experience! The restaurant was a welcoming place and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and the food was very delicious. I highly recommend jalapeño chicken with crabragoonsI’ll definitely be coming back!!!Food: 5/5
