Feedback gevenI've worked in fast food for several years. I understand that employees are fickle and sometimes the shift isn't going to run like it's supposed to. Today they had a big crowd come in and seemed to be very busy. I ordered regardless. While waiting for my order I witnessed their hospitality towards customers regardless of how angry the customers were and the professionalism it took to stay positive even in the midst of all the chaos. It was great to see the manager just as hands on as his employees which spoke volumes.
I used 'Rapid Pick Up ' for the first time today and I was so pleased with how easy the on-line order processing was and I was able to walk straight back and pick up my food. It was still hot, even after driving all the way back to my office! I will definitely be using this amazing quick service again! Thanks PB
The staff were very helpful, courteous and friendly. The other customers were very friendly too

Get the Panera+ membership it's worth the money. This location has friendly staff that sounds cheery over the speaker and makes eye contact and smiles when face to face. One time, a robot tried to take my order in the drive thru; I cackled with laughter and the human staff took over and took my order No, Panera, I will not let an AI take my order I want human contact.
