Pizza Hut - Gastonia

The pizza was delicious, and the customer service was also commendable. The only reason I'm giving it a 4-star rating instead of 5 is that I repeated my order three times over the phone, yet it still came out incorrect. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the pizza despite the mix-up. They just forgot one item, which was a bit frustrating, especially after having to reiterate my order multiple times.

This location outshines the others in our area with consistently friendly staff and outstanding pizzas!

I ordered three pizzas, but one of them was incorrect. It was supposed to have pepperoni and mushrooms, but they forgot the pepperoni. I attempted to call and address the issue, but I was hung up on three times. I spent $64.00 for the pickup.

Placed an order on their app and did not get my whole order when it was delivered. Called up there for them to make it right and they said they couldn 't because it was too busy they only offered a credit to my pizza hut account. Which i declined and told them they needed to make it right then they said i needed to bring back my whole order and then they would give me what i missing? How does that make sense? Also was hung up on 3 times. Currently on hold for the manager.
