Waffle House - Gastonia

The food was delicious, but they forgot to add cheese to my eggs. I gave only 1 star for service and atmosphere because the staff was quite loud and unrefined, which made me feel uncomfortable. While they were nice, the overall customer service and initial impressions were lacking, making my visit less than satisfactory.

Not sure how you can be 24/7 but let your workers decide when they want to lock the doors? Imagine having an empty restaurant at 4am and they lock the doors and say they are closed?? Update on July 13th? just dropped in for a late dinner at 11:36pm with no customers inside but the door locked and the girl looks at me like I?m stupid for trying to come in? what is wrong with this location!?

Today after football. Me my grand son went to waffle house. He had a very big day. The team did very well. He had an interception any also caught a touchdown. So I went to celebrate. And boy did we Eat big. We had a triple size Hash Browns my hash Browns were covered smothered And And cut. 2 eggs sausage Patty toast. And waffles. So is fun going to waffle house. And watching how the waitresses take orders call the orders chef repeat the orders and it's always fun to watch and make it. Today the food was absolutely perfect everything was awesome. The location that we went to was the one off a South new hope road it's fairly new. They have a fine staff in There. I suggest you go and enjoy yourselves. I hope this helps I hope you like it

The food is excellent, and it's always a reliable spot to visit in the evening, but unfortunately, some customers can spoil the experience.

Everything was perfect. The waitress was exceptional—attentive and precise with every customer. She didn't miss a beat.
