Mr Fish - Gateshead

I love this neighborhood fish and chip shop at the end of my street. It's so straightforward and delicious. My friend and I are regulars, and we always enjoy the fantastic chips and crispy batter on the fish. My friend can't get enough of the curry sauce! The staff is friendly and welcoming, and I always look forward to returning.

The restaurant didn't get our order right and even served mince pie instead of steak. However, the food was delicious. The restaurant is spacious and has wide aisles. If it wasn't for my dog's plywood structure at the pizzeria oven, this place would be perfect.

I ordered a medium pizza with all the toppings cut small, and that's exactly what I received. It was delicious and had a slight spicy kick to it, just as I had requested. Despite not being English-speaking, the staff understood my order perfectly. The restaurant is in a cozy space with attentive employees. I highly recommend it.

Have gone into this chip shop and in any opportunity they have nothing ready so they are ready to wait, I went here and ordered sausages and chips and wait minutes that is a candid have seen customers from this reason also...if this is the way they work, I can not see that this chip store stay open as they lose custom, unnecessary to say, will not stay back I push people

I have had fish and chips from here a few times now and have never had any complaints. The fish is massive and decent quality. The chips are proper chip shop chips too, big and fat. Fish is always cooked when ordered and always piping...hot.
