Feedback gevenScruffy looking store. Bad customer service. Staff swore at me when I asked for a knife and fork with my salad. Lettuce was brown. Disgusting.
This restaurant is ALWAYS understaffed. 25 minutes wait for orders that have been placed 25 minutes BEFORE arrival. The waiting time isn't worth a piece of Sandwich.
About 20 minutes to get one sandwich with only one person ahead of us in line. Two miserable looking members of staff on. One was exclusively making food for just eat which apparently takes priority.The other took our order, went back to the person ahead of us which is fair enough, but it took her 10 full minutes to sort the salad of their order and take payment.Our order was then taken again. One sandwich and one wrap. A full five minutes of the staff member trying to put on a pair of gloves followed. And that 's not exaggeration for comic effect, 5 minutes for gloves.Our order was taken a third time and a chicken sandwich was managed. The wrong type of wrap was brought out, I pointed out I had asked for the other one and the response was what do you mean? . After confirming with the other staff member that there was a staggering two kinds of wrap I was then stroppily told that 's all they had. At that point I told them not to bother.As icing on the cake when we tried to use our NHS discount we were told that neither member of staff knew how to do that. No attempt was made to look on the till for the option. They didn 't know so we couldn 't use it. Our sandwich was wordlessly pushed at us and the staff member stomped off to waste the next person 's time.Within 5 minutes I walked to the other subway around the corner. Got the rest of my order from there, from staff capable of smiling and who know the menu, and made it back to the bus stop just outside this subway. Never again.

Only negative comment really is could do with a bit more space between the tables as had some wifey rubbing backs with me. It's maybe not a bad thing, but she was a bit of an undesirable swearing at her three kids and being highly abusive to them. Either that or she could not pronounce foot long in her local Gateshead twang and find some other choice words from her highly educated vocabulary. #notcool
