Feedback gevenWent for just an all American hotdog and it was terrible! The first one looked days old and cold with nothing on it. Asked to remake and the second one did have better color but was cold!
Chance after chance after chance they continue to mess things up. I used to work here so I have high hopes every time I come back. Maybe different people will be working, maybe it was just that time, blah blah blah. It always takes 20+ minutes even when you order ahead. Nothing ever comes out correct and has to be sent back or trashed. This place has gone downhill bad. Just tonight I ordered two blasts and there was nearly an inch and half of space left in the top!! Feel like I should be refunded and only pay for smalls since that’s what I received in a medium cup. Do better guys, it is SERIOUSLY not that hard. I speak from experience.
Slow service, most of the ordering terminals are out of order, staff is generally rude, and food quality is absolutely terrible. Can’t say I’ll be back.
I ordered to go I ordered the double meat super sonic cheeseburger..I got ALL the way home the burger had NO meat..I called went ALL the way back up there. I politely asked them if I could get a tater tote for the inconvenience of having to come all the back..I was told no by the manager.. I think I may have to go other places then here..they don't even care or take care of their customers... soo disappointed....
