Huge shoutout to the guy working at the restaurant on Thursday evening. With a small gesture, he made our night with great service.

The waitress or server or the person behind the cash is awesome and speaks english.

The only downside was that it took me five trips before I was able to finally try the famous Boston Baileys donut. However, after trying it, I realized that the original Boston cream donut is actually better than this new Baileys version.

Closed the store, but left the mobile ordering on. Thanks for taking my money anyway!

I frequently order breakfast from Tim's because it is delicious and convenient. However, I have had numerous issues with various Tim's locations substituting items without my approval when I place online orders through ubereats. Each time this has happened, I have reported it to Uber, as I believe restaurants should not simply substitute items at their discretion. Today, I was shocked to discover that my chocolate croissant had been substituted with a nut-filled muffin. This is a dangerous oversight, as my family and I have a severe nut allergy. My sister, who fortunately was not present when the order arrived, has a severe allergic reaction to nuts even from being in their vicinity. I am still reeling from this incident and hope that Tim's will take this matter seriously. I will be reporting this to HQ, as serious allergies should be a top priority for any establishment.
