Tim Hortons - Gatineau

Place is a dump,was so dirty and staff were all talking and not serving people.

The current regular staff that are working here are amazing. The staff that work at this particular Tim's on Greber are very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. This is really the only Tim's in Gatineau that you should go to. Keep up the good work.

Despite the sign at the drive through they were are not open 24 hours. The employee was making their morning coffee and opened the window and said they only open at 5am. Besides that the food is good there.

Tim Horton on Greber is a nice location recently renovated. It is clean. My mobile order is never ready when I arrive. Maybe it is related to Covid-19. I have never done a mobile order to this location before the Covid.

This place is immaculate, exceptionally bright, and the display cases for the doughnuts and muffins are kept very tidy.
