Tim Hortons - Gatineau

Have been here 3 times now. First time got the complete different order ordered blt and got a grilled cheese. The other two times got orders missing items making the meal inedible. If an item on the menu isn’t available please say that at purchase. Do not just give someone another item.

Update for the 2 Tim on St-Joseph.Service is terrible. Order all wrong. People just don't care. When you have to go from drive through back inside 2 time to get a bagle right, this is a problem. AND not just once. 3 time in the last 6 visit..

I always recommend…. don’t make people wait long enough to write a review (actually wrote it by mistake for another location Nov12 when it was supposed to be for this one) , especially when you serve others first who placed their orders after the customer in question. I don’t think anyone appreciates that. Waited close to 15 minutes just for a simple coffee and ice cap. Not even an apology. You probably shouldn’t waste your time telling me to contact your customer care, I’ve already been down that road of “they’re all independently owned, and you need to waste even more time to make yet another phone call to yet another person who just doesn’t care.” But know this, I’m also a sinner, so I pray that you will also trust in Jesus who took on the wages for your sin at the cross. And in obedience to him, I offer you my blessing and I pray for you in exchange for the curse of bad customer service.

If I can give a 0 star I would the workers in this place are the worst they are disrespectful, so slow, they were chatting while people had to wait more than 5 minutes and there and no one was in the register, and when the order comes, they have to messe up something every time especially the crew that works Sunday at 2 pm.

Service is good and polite but it is awfully slow. I really don 't know what is wrong but it seems impossible fir anyone to do anything fast. Everything is done at a slow pace. It is so annoying to clients. You want to set hurry up people are waiting don 't you see ? But would it change anything? This generation is a lost cause in my opinion.
