Tim Hortons - Gatineau

The food at this Tim Hortons was disorganized and sloppy. Unfortunately, I even found a hair in my wrap. Although I did receive the birthday cake, honey, and chocolate that I asked for, it is important to always double-check your order before leaving this restaurant.

The restaurant was disorganized and got all our orders wrong, so we had to send them back. The latte was served ice cold.

The service at this restaurant was not great. They were slow, forgot the cheese in one of our sandwiches, and we paid for jalapenos on another sandwich but didn't receive any. The worst part was seeing the person making our sandwiches touch various objects, including their face and hair, without changing gloves. If I wasn't feeling well or really hungry, I wouldn't have eaten my meal at all.

Order of club tim... they forgot to put the meat!!? How incompetent can you be?

I find this location very awkward. It creates traffic and the entrance is located in a high traffic area. Park on the drive through side and use the crosswalk if you don't want to die!!! Service can be slow and beware if you order ahead they often run out of products. The price was right. Not always the cleanest either.
