No but it's like a good place for you can get like a coffee friend vanilla that day that's my favorite but when you get supposed service oh my God this guy is don't know English like they take you as you want like them I can related to this donut Street hotels I used to work there and everyone was like messed up also brutal for me that I couldn't really stay there for long I want to work for a week ?

I filed a complaint with customer service regarding inappropriate behavior from a male staff member at the restaurant. Despite my complaint, all that was done was to inform the staff not to engage in such conduct. I have the original emails as proof and confirmation of the issue. I am dissatisfied with the resolution provided and the automated response suggesting that I take the same action I already took is frustrating.

They try. The food and drinks are standard for Tims, they bungle up now and then but make it right if you bring it to their attention. But the setting is tough and they deal with a lot of b.s. being right at the Rideau Street doors. I too get frustrated when dealing with that many mentally unwell humans on a daily basis so they get some leeway on the distractions, probably being borderline burnt out themselves.A+ for effort, keep slinging that coffee you glorious humans!

Chaotic, servers taking orders over top of people before someone is done paying, no communication, waited 10 minutes for a grilled cheese they forgot about, lost my order server didn't even remember me (I'm alternative with bright pink hair) from 5 mins ago and then the grilled cheese wasnt grilled just a cheese.
