Big Bear Pizza And Subs - Gatlinburg

This is our first time ordering here and it won't be our last. It was easy to order online. Web said 45-60 minutes for delivery and it was here around 40 minutes. The delivery guy was polite. The pizzas were really good. The dough was soft and then crispyin the crust. We got a large specialty and a small pep. Yummy!

First off the pizza is great ! I was greated on the phone by a super friendly woman who took my order and thanked me for the order. 25 minutes later we had a hot fresh pizza at our hotel room door. The fast and friendly service had us at the get go andthe awesome pizza put us over the edge. We will definitely order from here when we are in town again.

Always so good! You can dine in, take out, or have it delivered. Every-time we are in town we come here. Their pizzas and desserts are amazing! Always super friendly too!

I had the fastest delivery service ever from this place. I ordered 2 x-large pizzas (1 pepperoni and 1 Buffalo chicken pizza with no onions) as well as 2 bottles of soda (2 liters), and a cheeseburger with only ketchup. The lady on the phone told me 45minutes to an hour for delivery, I was ok with it. I hear a knock on the door, I look down at my watch, it's only been 17minutes since I placed my order, sure enough the delivery driver was there with my complete order. I even checked it, to makesure that there was no onions on the Buffalo chicken pizza, and only ketchup on the cheeseburger and sure enough everything wasexactly how I ordered it. This was my first time ordering from there and everything tasted great! I'll be ordering from themagain.

Placed a large order while visiting Gatlinburg. Got to the door fresh and hot in way less time tan the 45 minutes they told us it would be. Discovered we got the wrong pizza (they were really busy that night) and they prioritized the order and had a newone delivered within 30 minutes. Food was excellent, staff was great.
